Oliver at The Moore Theatre
Amar invited us to see Oliver at the Moore! Sarah was acting/singing/dancing in her role as the Rose Seller and providing her expertise as theater stage technician (we saw her running about a lot :p) ... We did manage to snag some empty first row seats! Being next to the orchestra and the performers greatly enhanced the experience!This was very nostalgic for me. When I was in grade 1, in Calcutta International School, our school play was Oliver! I remember having to buy clothes to participate as one of those kids :) As I watched, 20 odd year memories came back to me... I found myself singing along to the lines to the songs in my head ... They must have been tucked away in the long-term memory section of my brain all these years :) I remembered my best buddies then, who I've lost touch with and not though about in forever :)
All in all I loved it! They did a great job!
