Sound of Music at Paramount Theater

"The Sound of Music" is one of those evergreen classics. I've watched the movie several times as a kid. I can recall most of the scenes in the movie.

Yet, I had never seen the Broadway production. I was excited to see it come to the Paramount Theater, where I've watched many Broadway productions.

I was mesmerized and filled with nostalgia as I watched, Maria, Captain, Max and the Von Trapp family kids. The vocals were amazing.

I'd rate this to be one of the best I've watched at the Paramount. I think the audience at the sold-out show would agree, given the standing ovation the cast got at the end of the show.
